Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bud, the AI sports companion service provided by Wunderfan ("we", "us", "our"). By using Bud, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Bud is an AI sports buddy that sends messages through your chat apps. Bud provides sports information, reminders, opinions, and conversation based on your preferences. He is not a betting advisor, financial advisor, or source of guaranteed sports outcomes.
Who can use Bud
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Bud. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Bud on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Your account and messages
You are responsible for the information you share with Bud and for keeping your account details secure. Do not use Bud to send illegal, harmful, abusive, or spam content. We may suspend or remove access for behavior that violates these Terms or disrupts the service.
Intellectual property
Bud, the Bud character, the "Bud Knows Ball" name, and all related branding, content, and materials are owned by Wunderfan or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our permission. The service may use AI-generated responses; these are provided for your personal use and do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimers
Bud is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that Bud will always be accurate, available, or error-free. Sports information may be delayed or incorrect. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on Bud's responses. Betting, gambling, or financial decisions are your own responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wunderfan and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of Bud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page or by messaging you through the service. Your continued use of Bud after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
